Herald uncovers more on Taito Field
The Herald this morning has done some more good work on the Taito Field scandal, uncovering seemingly conflicting statements by the Fields about Sunan Siriwan's employment in Samoa.
Of all the issues this government has faced, this is the one that has really set me wondering. Not only has it not been investigated properly, despite the best efforts of the Ingram enquiry, but everything about the episode should offend, perhaps especially offend, the most traditional of Labour's supporters.
And watch TVNZ's Sunday for more revelations.

Is the penny finally dropping on you Rob, that Dear Leader is running the most corrupt administration New Zealand has known in years for her own survival?
And how she 'bought' the 'stolen' election with taxpayers money is a message finally getting through to more with each day that passes, as she tries to spin her way out of the impossible.
I used to think Liarbour was simply incompetent, but no, corrupt is the word to describe this government.
If you are asking whether this more serious than the laughable Paintergate and Speedinggate rubbish you guys used to go on (and on, and on) about, then yes it is.
Do you really think the Field case is a bigger deal than the $800,000 of taxpayers money that paid for Labour's pledge cards? Field should go, but he hasn't cost us anything. Labour's election campaign has - and imagine what Labour's reaction would be if a National government tried to retrospectively clear itself of putting its hand in the till.
